puppy reservation terms & conditions
To reserve a puppy from Snort & Co., a non-refundable reservation fee in USD is required. This fee secures your place on our waitlist for an upcoming litter and establishes your priority in the puppy selection process. By placing this reservation, you agree to the following terms:
1. Non-Refundable Reservation Fee
The reservation fee is non-refundable and reflects your commitment to the adoption process. However, exceptions include:
While we strive to accommodate your preferences for gender and color, availability cannot be guaranteed. Puppy selection will be based on the order of the waitlist and puppies available at the time of selection.
4. Alternative Options
If we are unable to provide a puppy from your reserved litter, your reservation will be transferred to the next available litter or other arrangements will be discussed. You may also choose to remain on the waitlist for a future litter.
5. Final Payment and Pick-Up
Puppy availability is subject to change due to various factors, including:

- Breeder or client cancellation within the seven-day grace period following an introductory call.
- Breeder-initiated cancellations.
- Failure to produce a litter within the timeframe specified in the Puppy Reservation Agreement.
- Your position on the waitlist is determined by the order in which reservation fees are received.
- Puppy selection is conducted in order of the waitlist during scheduled virtual or in-person appointments.
- Note: The reservation fee does not guarantee a specific puppy, as selection depends on factors such as availability, litter size, and health.

- The remaining balance for your puppy is due no later than one week before the scheduled pick-up day.
- Accepted payment methods and pick-up arrangements will be confirmed with you at least four weeks prior to pick-up.

- Litter Size and Health: The size and health of the litter may affect puppy availability. Selection will only be confirmed after birth and an initial health assessment.
- Parent Variability: Each litter may vary in appearance and cost based on the selected dam and sire. Specific details about the parents will be provided upon reservation and included in the adoption contract.
- Suitability for Placement: Gender and color preferences are considered, but we prioritize the best match for both the puppy and the family.
